  • Carbon fiber Kevlar straps-it is a proven and tested method that offers practical ways of reinforcing concrete pillars and beams. Feasterville Foundation Repair Services use the Fortress-Grid Strap and other related products to create a secure, conformed seal over cracks on residential buildings.
  • Carbon fiber wrapping- it is just similar, or the same as the Carbon fiber Kevlar straps but a carbon fiber wrap is the best option to solve some crack problems that might be found in the foundation or even basement walls. The material is lightweight and can easily be twisted to easily fit and conform to the shape of the concrete crack.
  • Compact grouting-after the construction of your house, the soil will settle. When it settles, it leaves hazardous potential density irregularities beneath your house. The best solution to this problem is compaction grouting. Compaction grouting is the systematic injection of cement grout mixture under your premise to establish stability again once the soil settles.
Epoxy injection-structural epoxy is mainly used to weld two pieces of concrete together along a crack. This method is used because it has high bond strength. Trevose Foundational Repairs may need to use a gravity-fed and paste over injections which seal cracks at the same time preventing them from worsening.
  • Polyurethane foam injection- is a beneficial and efficient way that we use to fight erosion beneath the concrete slabs. We, first of all, drill small holes through the concrete pillars or slabs, and then the foam is injected to make a more stable and even surface underneath the slabs.
  • Carbon Fiber Countersunk Staples-Fortress- these are stronger than steel; in fact, they are five to ten times stronger than steel.  They are usually installed alongside the epoxy crack injection, and this gives a total assurance that the crack cannot be opened by just creeping off the slab or stem wall.
